“MUERTOS” Lays a big stinky

Is it true….?

It seems that “MUERTOS” has been following this thread and has posted a link of my demolition of his bullshit onto his blog. Thanks for the free pub. “MUERTOS” is attempting to turn this event into a male-on-male-ego-wrasslin-match by trying to “out-blog” me by rushing out more blogs about his expose on the Desteni Cult. What “MUERTOS” doesn’t realize is that the more he posts his garbage, the easier my job becomes to debunk it.

I set my own hours, “MUERTOS.” By taking my time through going over each witless word, sentence and paragraph, I set my own comfortable pace. “MUERTOS” (which may be Spanish for “anonymous coward”) can fire off 100 blogs a day for all the good it will do him, because he’s already been exposed as a conspiracy theorist who hunts down other conspiracy theories as some sort of undocumented ‘expert.’ He has no currency or authority of any kind. “MUERTOS” may have gotten a little bit out of hand when he decided to talk shit about Desteni, so I had to give him some handles.

“MUERTOS” has a much rougher road to travel than me, as “MUERTOS” must feverishly pad his word count by associating everything that he thinks he knows about conspiracies and then trying to paint Desteni with his brush, but all I have to do is expand on each and every paragraph to reveal the shallow, simplistic and trifling substance the anonymous “MUERTOS” fittingly has to resort to cut-and-paste hater hearsay and gossip. It won’t be long until “MUERTOS” begins repeating himself over and over again, revealing himself as a crank and saving me much time in the process. Thanks in advance.

And now, on to paragraph 3)

“Desteni seems to have something else in common with Zeitgeist. Poolman’s group advocates something called the “Equal Money System.” The exact nature of this is somewhat vague to me, but it appears to be a utopian idea aimed at guaranteeing everyone on earth a basic standard of living, and all sorts of benefits are supposed to result from the institution of this system―for example, war, poverty and greed will become a thing of the past. These are not unlike the promises supposed to come from Zeitgeist’s “Resource Based Economy.” In contrast with Zeitgeist, however, Poolman and Desteni advocate an entire elaborate system of New Age living. Poolman and his chief lieutenants cloak themselves in New Age rhetoric. For instance, there’s a lot of talk about “channeling,” a classic New Age concept. It gets a little scary when you realize who and what they’re channeling, but we’ll get to that in a moment.”

Due to his characteristically sloppy word placement, “MUERTOS” has given the impression that Zeitgeist and Desteni have similar goals in instituting a global universal economic income for everyone. Let’s clean it up a bit. Due to his equally sloppy research, “MUERTOS” admits that his understanding of the Equal Money system “is somewhat vague.” Well, that can only indicate that he didn’t do his fucking “investigation” properly, doesn’t it?

I wonder if “MUERTOS” has performed this badly in the other subjects he obsesses over, for it is the nature of a crank to obsessively relate to everything through the prism of a single-minded point, which in the case of “MUERTOS,” is the meta-conspiracy. The “exact nature” will always escape one if there is a dominant desire to prejudge what one’s interested in attacking instead of looking at the thing objectively. This is also referred to as “intellectual dishonesty.”

After a brief and breezy interpretation of the Equal Money system that “MUERTOS” has already admitted to having a poor grasp of the subject, he then proceeds to list all the items that he thinks the Equal Money will bring to the world. “MUERTOS” then proceeds to compare the “promise” of the EMS with the Resource Based Economy without saying what exactly how the RBE was supposed to accomplish its mission.(Remember, “MUERTOS” is not presenting any solution to the global fuckness at all, his job is to merely obsess over conspiracy theories, particularly those of Zeitgeist which is now in internal turmoil and may not continue. “MUERTOS” needs copy and a raison d’être to find content. Hence his sudden, fuzzy attention towards Desteni. We must be seen as a Miracle to the lad!

And it’s a “New Age” miracle at that! Not surprisingly, “MUERTOS” makes another lazy (and mistaken) comparison. To anyone familiar to the forum will see the utter hilarity at draping Desteni in New Age garb. Desteni rejects completely everything that the New Age is about. “MUERTOS” could go over to my You Tube channel and find out what I personally think of the New Age. One only needs to invest an hour poking through the FAQ in the forum to discover what Desteni’s relationship to the New Age is, but apparently, “MUERTOS” was too busy conjuring up a strawman to notice. Because second only to the ill-informed haters that “MUERTOS” is begging to be part of his audience, the biggest enmity directed at Desteni comes from the New Age Lightweenies and Love-and-Light-Burgers themselves! And of course, here comes the “expert” testimony of “MUERTOS” when he claims that Desteni is involved in “channeling” and that we “channel” things that “MUERTOS” finds “scary.” I will give you all a moment to pick yourselves off of the floor after you’ve stopped laughing.

Next up as we delve further into the mess left behind by “MUERTOS,” he predictably drags in the predictable topics of David Icke, Reptilians and Anti-semitism. Could the dreaded figure of Adolph Hitler be far behind?

Why, yes! Stay tuned…

Paragraph 2).

Desteni was founded in 2007 by a South African named Bernard Poolman. While I will be researching Poolman’s background more fully, from what I’ve been able to gather so far he is evidently a former police officer, and he now runs a farm in rural South Africa. He communicates with the members of his group mostly through YouTube, where Poolman presents himself as some sort of bizarre horned creature. I won’t show it to you because I plan to place an audio/video version of this blog on YouTube, and it seems the Destenians are extremely aggressive about flagging critical YouTube videos with false DMCA claims―a practice not unlike the one occasionally utilized by more militant Zeitgeisters. Just trust me on this, Poolman’s avatar is like something out of an Umberto Eco novel.

From your typical Christian bible-thumper to your run-of-the-mill lightweenie to the meta-conspiracy theorist, you will notice a very interesting pattern: when analyzing something they don’t agree with, ALWAYS focus on the messenger, whether it’s Jesus, Abraham or Alex Jones, or (gasp!) Bernard Poolman. Don’t objectively analyze the message. Direct the reader to the surface of things, like appearance or an avatar. “MUERTOS” must follow suit because focusing upon appearance increases blog word count and adds “weight” (well, more like inconsequential padding in “MUERTOS”‘ case). “MUERTOS” promises to be ”researching Poolman’s background more fully, behind his cloak of invisible anonymity. I wonder if “MUERTOS” would be so keen to “investigate” another if he didn’t blog behind the cowardice of a fake-name. I mean, that’s the game these geniuses play. They feel free to bash someone while hiding behind a fake name, presumably because their prideful individuality must be too valuable to be known in public.

As for the “false DMCA claims,” we will not let others abuse our legally-guaranteed copyright work of art, and we will continue to monitor and note every instance of copyright abuse we find. And we will press a claim in court at the time of our choosing. And if I were Thom Darc, I would be very careful. Here is one of the “Antidesteni Club” who has posted in various places that he wouldn’t file a counter-notice to You-Tube to get his copyright-violation videos restored because he was afraid we would “find out where he lives” (we do), as is the case when one files a claim against another You Tube channel; it is required to give your name, residence and phone number. So, apparently, Tom Darc is so afraid of us he won’t file a counter-claim. And thereby hangs the tale…

In retaliation of having one of his videos removed, Super-Christian Thom Darc uploaded a video onto You Tube where he published my name, phone number and home address. After it was taken down, in an act typical of Christian Hypocrisy and spite, Thom Darc posted my home address and phone number on the Cult Infotainment Forum. You know, acting in the same fearful manner that he fears will happen to him. Jesus would be so proud. Nanny, nanny boo boo.

Thom Darc is an interesting character. He has cheerfully used my Anti-Desteni Hotline Moment’s protagonist, my “Xfinksx” character, as an alternate personality and has even went to lengths of copying my world-famous coffee-cup avatar and has even named one of his You Tube channels, the “Anti-Desteni Hotline.” I have gotten so far under his skin, he has become in essence, a meta-self-parody: a parody of a parody, the epitome of comic self-reflexion.

So how did Thom Darc get his previously copyright-banned channels back on You Tube? By hiding under the skirt of Tanja Hilton, another Anti-Desteni hater and wanna-be music critic of the Freespeecchwtf? channel. She filed the counter-notice by claiming to be the owner of Thom Darc’s banned channel, and she posted the relevant identity-revealing information Thom Darc was too shit-scared to submit. That’s why I say Tanja Hilton is “more of a man” than Thom Darc. She’s willing to step up and be counted, while the Super-Christian mouse Thom Darc cowardly allows her to carry his water. Tanja Hilton may get a bit more respect, but she engages in deception by fighting Thom Darc’s battles instead of allowing Thom Darc an opportunity to assert his manhood. Too late, Thom Darc, you’ve been femininely castrated.

Getting back to “MUERTOS”" second paragraph, we only need to deal with the lame literary reference to the postmodern Italian author, Umberto Eco. There is nothing “Eco-esque,” about the avatar, “MUERTOS,” as it is clearly recognized to those who are well-read in mythology as being a chimera, that mythical animal with parts taken from various animals which is meant to convey the unity of the beasts of the world, you know, the real slaves of humanity.

Tomorrow, Paragraph 3. where “MUERTOS” compares Desteni with Zeitgeist!

Deconstructing MUERTOS Every Day Project

Postby Darryl » Fri May 13, 2011 10:17 am

This is going to be a lot of fun.

Usually, the brave critics of Desteni prefer to fire their missile from behind the safe confines of anonymity and “MUERTOS” is no exception. Who is this mysterious person? You can google: Desteni: A Conspiracy Cult and find out for yourself (I won’t even dignify his “blog” with a link. It’s really not necessary, as you will see).

Even the title betrays his hopeless, towering ignorance on the subject he opines on. That’s why I have to do this. I have to demolish the bogus thesis of “MUERTOS” in public, one paragraph at a time, once a day, every day, until we finally reach to the end of his tiresome, long-winded and insipid screed, by which time we will have torn to shreds all the point-by-point, all opinions made by “MUERTOS” and will have had a good laugh in the process.

Understand; haters are going to hate. We don’t hate back because we just slam their opinions and get others to see how vapid and fear-based those opinions are. This is an immutable law: the more visible and influential Desteni becomes, the more haters are going to try to ridicule, diminish and impede our momentum. All they do is bring us more publicity and undermine their efforts to disparage us in the process. They would love to see us vanish, but then they would have to turn to something else to obsess about, and golly gee willikers, that’s just not so easy to find.

It’s great to see that some websites like Rick Ross’ Cult Infotainment forum, blogs and you tube channels devote so much energy and time writing their make-believe-conspiracy-cult shit about Desteni, and it’s funny that they all are so afraid of Desten’s message, they must defend stated goal, at all costs, to ”stop this potentially dangerous cult before it’s too late!” It’s already “too late,” geniuses. How are you going to “stop” us? We’re an international group with internet access. Are you going to censor us? No. Are you going to write more lies, libel and bullshit until we just ‘give up?’ You can try, but we’re here and we can’t be beaten by deceptive, paranoid, hate-driven verbal diarrhea – although I am very entertained by the “expert” anal-lies-shit you anonymous cowards attempt to convey through your fears. You don’t hate us, you hate yourselves for not having anything else in your pathetic, empty lives to focus on. So to the cowards like “Sandman” (wake up), “AntiCult” (not as smart as you think you are), Thom Darc and Rob Lester (who hide under the skirt of Tanja Hilton, a woman more a man than both of those clods put together, which isn’t a good thing, Tanja), be prepared to live with disappointment, because no matter how much bullshit you write or how many videos you launch against us, Desteni is not going to disappear. Deal.

But I didn’t intend to go off on a tangent… I have a new friend to introduce you all. So, without further ado… I present the Deconstructing “MUERTOS” Every Day Project (soon to be an exclusive You Tube series complete with sound effects)!

Let’s jump right in.

Paragraph 1).

“If you’ve been a regular reader of my blog for a while you might be led to believe that the Zeitgeist Movement is the only cult out there that uses conspiracy theories as a recruitment tool. As much as I wish that was true, unfortunately it isn’t. I’m writing today for the first time on another and even more disturbing cult which has recently come to my attention:  an organization called “Desteni.” And after having investigated this group for only a short time, let me tell you―if you think Zeitgeist is pretty far out there, you haven’t seen anything yet. Desteni makes the Zeitgeist Movement look like the Rotary Club.”

Okay, wait… I changed my mind. I’m going to do TWO paragraphs a day. (Just kidding).

Where do I begin with this? So, “MUERTOS” believes that the Zeitgeist Movement is a “cult.” Obviously, the CultWatch bar for “MUERTOS” is set very, very low – so low that it could play handball against a curb. The pejorative “cult” is introduced in the very first sentence. Why is that? “MUERTOS” wants you to know one thing, that he is an “expert” in locating and assessing groups who fit his profile of his definition of what attributes make a group a “cult.” Apparently, if one holds views that are not in line with “MUERTOS,” that group must be labelled a “cult.” It’s so simple, isn’t it? Look at the Oxford dictionary definition:

noun
a system of religious veneration and devotion directed toward a particular figure or object : the cult of St. Olaf.
• a relatively small group of people having religious beliefs or practices regarded by others as strange or sinister : a network of Satan-worshiping cults.
• a misplaced or excessive admiration for a particular person or thing : a cult of personality surrounding the leaders.
• [usu. as adj. ] a person or thing that is popular or fashionable, esp. among a particular section of society : a cult film.

ORIGIN early 17th cent. (originally denoting homage paid to a divinity): from French culte or Latin cultus ‘worship,’ from cult- ‘inhabited, cultivated, worshiped,’ from the verb colere.

The origin of the word signifies “worship” or “veneration,” but the word evolved over time and has splintered into several meanings, most widely used within the context “MUERTOS” wants you to consider: to defame or insult any group that appears to hold unorthodox values or beliefs. “MUERTOS” wants you to know that he is an expert (of sorts) who is supremely capable of sniffing out a cult, and that is why you should believe what he says, even though “MUERTOS” fails to provide any credentials that gives him the authority he undoubtedly believes he possess. “MUERTOS” wants you to know that he is disturbed and perhaps distressed that he has stumbled upon another cult that uses “conspiracy theories to recruit members.”

But Desteni does not use “conspiracy theories” to “recruit” members. We use the testimonies of ordinary people who have properly investigated and implemented the tools we offer. But “MUERTOS,” who fancies himself as some kind of kickass cult-hunter or something, needs to build a case against Desteni so he has something to write about, hence the lazy. pejorative “conspiracy theory” angle. But what is fascinating is that despite “MUERTOS’” expressed interest in debunking conspiracy theories, he doesn’t even realize that, shock of shocks, his post is working within the exact framework and design… of a classic conspiracy theorist. “MUERTOS” must be the meta-conspiracy theorist’s conspiracy theorist. He admits to “having investigating” Desteni “for only a short time.” I guess when you’re a world-class expert like “MUERTOS” – one is content to skim. “MUERTOS” don’t need to read, bubba.

That’s too bad, because “MUERTOS” missed out that Desteni is as skeptical about the resource-based economy as anyone, and have blogged and logged against that fantasy extensively. But “MUERTOS” isn’t interested in getting facts – he just needs an angle because since the Zeitgeist Movement has imploded, he’s run out of material, and Desteni is an easy target because we don’t hide behind anonymity and cowardice – we stand up publicly and say what we want. People have a problem with that, because who speaks what’s going on in their minds in an open fashion? I mean, it makes it really hard to deceive the other person. Besides, we know that nobody will get us until they do the work and prove themselves whether or not what we offer is effective. We are as content to let people like “MUERTOS” talk the shit that dribbles from their lips in the form of opinions about us. They are too intellectually dishonest, like “MUERTOS,” to approach the subject objectively and actually digging through the material without an axe to grind or a perspective to protect or a personality to present. No, people like “MUERTOS” are a dime a dozen. They think that they are “critical thinkers,” but who they really are can only qualify as critically ignorant, dishonest and fortunately for us, very easy to expose.

So, “MUERTOS”! See ya tomorrow. And stay tuned for the next installment of the Deconstruction”MUERTOS” Every Day Project, where the brief investigation of “MUERTOS reveals an even briefer and mistaken “account” of the history Desteni and the man haters love to hate, Bernard Poolman. Really, check back here regularly. This is going to be a ballburner, I mean, barn-burner. :o
